The website and/or Application MySutra.life which can be accessed, downloaded or used on any Device and the associated customized services which include but are not limited to sending/receiving SMS, e-mail notifications and other formats capable of communication, provision of Content creation, and access to Content which is created and uploaded by users on the Platform collectively referred to as “Services” as sought to be accessed by You subject to the Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”), Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy is applicable to every User, Visitor, Nominee and/or Invitee accessing, downloading and/or using the Platform and/or Services from any device.

(a) Required by the law of Our Country or Designated Country, such as to comply with a judicial order, executive orders, the requirement by a law enforcement authority, or by other legal processes.

This shall be subject to lawful processing measures.

(d) Request deletion. You have the right to ask Us to delete or remove Personal Information barring the information which may alter the Services provided to other User(s) due to the relatability of Your Data with other User’s Data.

Please note that this right only applies to automated information which You initially provided consent for Us to use or where We used the information to perform a contract with You.

(f) Withdraw Your consent. You have the right to withdraw Your consent on using your Personal Information. If You withdraw Your consent, We may not be able to provide You with access to certain specific functionalities of the Service.

You may exercise any of these rights by writing to us by email provided in the Grievance Redressal Mechanism. This shall be subject to the legal requirements, and our internal policies and procedures.

 

7.1 The Company will retain Your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in the Terms and this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

7.2 The Company will also retain Usage Information for internal analysis purposes. Usage Information is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. We will delete your personal information whenever you request us to do so barring the information which may alter the Services provided to other User(s) due to the relatability of Your Data with other User’s Data. We may also archive and/or retain some information for legal purposes. Any other information which is processed by us for analytical purposes will only be processed on an aggregated or non-identifiable basis.

7.3 Once a user is confirmed as deceased then in that case the Personal Information of such Data Subject shall be stored in the Memoir Account for perpetuity and shall not be editable by any other User(s).

 

8.1 Your information, including Personal Information, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Our Country and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located which may be located in another Country. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your Designated Country where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your Designated Country. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

8.2 The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your Personal Information.

In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform, or third-party websites. Finally, we cannot control the actions of Users on the platform, who may seek to use third-party service providers or devices to record, store, or share content or communication without other Users' prior consent. Our Services and the Platform are not intended for independent use by children under Legally Allowable age. Children under Legally Allowable Age can only avail of Our Services through a child profile created under the parental control of the Parent User. If we are informed by the Parent of a child under the Legally Allowable Age of the existence of an independent account of such child, we will delete it. As a Parent, please do not allow Your child under Legally allowable age to create an independent account on our Platform. In the event that such account is created by Your child by providing false information including Personal Information, You hereby consent to the processing of the Your Child’s Personal Information and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.

 

In some situations, you may provide Personal Information of other individuals (family, friends, Invitees likewise) to Us. If You provide us with such Personal Information, You represent and warrant that You have obtained their consent for their Personal Information to be collected, used and disclosed as set out in this Privacy Policy.

If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's website and/or mobile application or similar services. We strongly advise You to review the Terms and/or Privacy Policy of every website/mobile application You visit. The Services may be accessed and used by Residents of the Designated countries from which they belong and would be regulated by the applicable local laws and regulations on the protection of natural persons with regard to the collection, use, storage and processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
