which is created and uploaded by users on the Platform collectively referred to as “Services” as
sought to be accessed by You subject to the Terms of Use

Our Services and the Platform are not intended for independent use by
children under Legally Allowable age. Children under Legally Allowable Age can only avail of Our Services
through a child profile created under the parental control of the Parent User. If we are informed by the Parent
of a child under the Legally Allowable Age of the existence of an independent account of such child, we will
delete it. As a Parent, please do not allow Your child under Legally allowable age to create an independent
account on our Platform. In the event that such account is created by Your child by providing false information
including Personal Information, You hereby consent to the processing of the Your Child’s Personal
Information and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her
