Community Guidelines

MYSUTRALIFE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Company, we, our, MYSUTRALIFE interchangeably) helps You (referred to as “You” or “User”) to create your own digital village with your family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and your pets. You can connect and live with others in your world to share your life moments in a unique way so that no person is ever lost in the sands of time. To ensure that it always stays safe and supportive, We require User(s) to follow these Community Guidelines along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We aim to make Our Platform and Services safe while still giving users the freedom to share a broad range of experiences and perspectives. 

The rationale behind these guidelines is to ensure every User can freely share their moments, have meaningful conversations and create his digital aura in a safe and graceful environment without any fear of being treated disrespectfully, face any threat of discrimination, violent behavior and maintain their privacy and dignity. Every guideline stipulates these considerations and balances them with the requirement of Laws in Our Country and in most Designated Countries. 

 

Do not post content or engage in any activity that promotes violence and/or criminal behavior including but not limited to Content that threatens or abuses directly/indirectly any person/ group of persons physically, mentally, financially and/or sexually; depicts, glorifies and/or incites violence; promotes or encourages organized criminal activity; threatens property damage; promotes or encourages self-harm or suicide.

 

Do not post content or engage in any activity that encourages or incites acts of Violence in the nature of terrorism and/or extremism against a person or group of persons or property which directly/indirectly threaten the defense, unity, integrity, security and sovereignty of any Nation, friendly relations between two Nations or insults another Nation. You must not use Our Platform to threaten or glorify or show support to terrorism/ anti-national activities and/or terrorist or anti-national groups/organizations.

 

3. Hateful and/or Discriminatory Conduct 

Do not post content or engage in any activity that encourages and/or promotes or causes abuse/harassment or is hateful or discriminatory against a person or group of persons on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. You shall treat other User(s) with utmost respect, dignity and with empathy at all times. This shall include the prohibition of the use of hateful images or symbols or inappropriate names in Your Profile which could be construed as causing harassment to other User(s) or expressing hate towards a person or group of persons.

 

You shall endeavor to always be respectful of the religious faith and beliefs of others and not post Content or engage in any activity which is offensive or hurtful to the religion, customs, sentiments of others and/or causes communal discord.

 

Do not post any content or engage in any activity that might be construed as being sexual harassment to other User(s) be it minor or Adult individual of any Gender. This includes and is not limited to making remarks/statements/comments of sexual nature; sexual advances; innuendo; posts which intend to insult, harass or make any other person feel uncomfortable; dissemination of any sexual or sexually suggestive information; posting content or media which may be invasive of a person's bodily privacy;. We have a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment and child sexual exploitation.

 

Do not post or display content that is graphic, obscene and/or sexual in nature or which could be seen to be inappropriate for any User including but not limited to pornographic or pedophilic, excessively gory and/or sexually violent and/or abusive content.

 

Do not post any Content or engage in any activity that amounts to bullying or harassment including but not limited to posting defamatory or libelous or scandalous content; revealing others’ personal or sensitive information including but not limited to name, email address, address, contact number; use of abusive language, slang, or expletives in any language or sending threatening messages or insults to another User or inciting or engaging others to do any of the same.

 

Do not post content that is illegal or which encourages other users to participate in any illegal activity. Do not use the Platform to engage in fraud or deception including and not limited to generating a financial or personal benefit to the detriment of a third party or entity; creating or operating Investment or financial scams, Loan scams, Gambling scams, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, Lotteries, Real money games, Charity scams, Product or Reward scams and the like; or to sell or promote regulated goods including narcotics, illegal or prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco products. You must also not use the Platform to encourage money laundering, prostitution, human or child trafficking, organized violence or any other criminal activity. Do not post content that threatens public order, morality, or incites other users to commit an offense or prevent investigation of any offense.

 

Do not post anything that is invasive of the privacy of others. You must act respectful of the privacy of every individual and refrain from sharing or encouraging the sharing of, any personal information of another person without explicit consent of that person. Any threat to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so is strictly prohibited. 

 

Do not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others about the origin of the content or with respect to the identity of a User. You shall create a single Account with authentic and accurate information which is voluntarily verifiable. Do not use fake accounts or fake names for your Account that constitutes misrepresentation in any manner. 

 

Do not spam other User(s) by sending inappropriately commercial or promotional, untargeted, irrelevant, unwanted, unauthorized, or gratuitously repetitive messages or other similar content. Do not send invites to unknown people which may amount to Spam. 

 

Do not share content that you know is or think maybe is unverified or false or misleading or inaccurate including misinformation or disinformation, including and not limited to false news, denial of Public health guidance, morphed or photoshopped images/videos. Any interference or attempt to improperly influence civic processes such as Elections is strictly prohibited. You are responsible to ensure that all or any content that is shared by You is accurate, verified, reliable and authentic. 

 

Do not post content in respect of which others have a patent, copyright (including text, images, music or videos) or a trademark (such as in relation to a brand or a logo that you do not own) or any other proprietary rights, as this may result in infringement of their rights without their express consent and authorization.

 

Do not post or share any malicious content on the Platform which contains any malware, viruses, malicious programs, or any other computer code, file or program which could cause disruption, inconvenience, harm or loss to other Users while using Our Services or which is designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of Our Services. 

 

The Platform is for personal use only. Do not post content or engage in activity that amounts to advertising, including content advertising items whether for sale or donation. This also includes fundraising, crowdfunding, sponsorship sites and research.

 

You are requested to keep your activities while using Our Services within the bounds of these guidelines, failing which severe actions may be taken against you including and not limited to suspension and/or termination of Your Account, Removal of Violative Content and appropriate action against You under applicable law. These guidelines apply to all Users.
